Waterwheel escape is a privately owned condo at Waterwheel Condominiums New Braunfels Texas. 🏘️🚙Central location 2 minutes from downtown New Braunfels, Schliterbahn, Comal river, Gruene, Wurstfest hall, Comal County Fairgrounds. Juno on highway 35 and take a 30 minute drive to San Antonio, Canyon Lake, and Wimberly. Austin is just an hour away and Fredericksburg an hour and a half. 🏡🛌🛌🛋️A 1st floor corner unit, both the on suite and secondary room feature queen size beds with plenty of pillows, 2 full size bathrooms as well as a full size pull out couch. There are linens and pillows provided for the pullout couch. 🏞️The property has two pools (one heated) and 4 hot tubs. Enjoy nature and the wide open green lawn shaded by pecan trees. ✨The large wrap around patio and wide open sky’s is perfect for stargazing and enjoying coffee. 🛶🚣 Guests are provided with on site private access to the Guadalupe river. 🧘Waterwheel escape is a great place to kick back and relax with friends and family! ❄️🤠 Winter Texans, this is the perfect place for you! In the kitchen you will have coffee, sugar, creamer, coffee filters, to satisfy your coffee needs.
