You will get to many places in short walk distance - Old City, Independence Hall, Reading Terminal Market, City Hall, Penn's Landing, etc. PARKING: It's easy to find street parking in the mornings and afternoons. Be sure to read all posted signs. Free 24/7 parking on all blocks without posted signs. Several paid parking lots are located nearby the apartment building. TRANSPORTATION: We are conveniently located only 3 blocks from the train station and subway station, which takes you up and down the entire Center City. Uber and Lyft are highly recommend to use around Center City because parking is a headache. EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT: Check-in is anytime after 3 pm and check-out is anytime before 11 am. Sometimes an early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated if there isn't another reservation immediately before or after your stay. Please mention your request when making your reservation and we will confirm 24 hours before your arrival if it is possible. BEDROOMS: This apartment sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker included. WHAT’S INCLUDED: Iron and ironing board, heater, blankets, free wifi, free Netflix. Guest access Guest have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned by the professional staff after each guest visit. All cleaning fee you paid are going to cleaning team (not host). No illegal drugs or illegal activity. This home has a strict "No Party Allowed" Policy. This is a non-smoking building. Please No smoking in the Condo or lighting candles, a minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence (cigarette ash, snipe, odor, etc.) of smoking is found. Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time. No unregistered guests allowed in the property, unless confirmation made with host. Please do not place anything other than toilet tissue into the toilet.
