We've got three bedrooms and one bath, making it the perfect hobbit-sized hideaway. Now, here's the lowdown: two bedrooms boast King Size beds, fit for hobbits who like to spread out like they're on a dragon's treasure hoard. The third bedroom has a Double bed, a snug retreat for those who prefer a more elf-sized sleep. But let's talk linens – ours are as pristine as a dwarven mine, so wild parties are about as welcome as a swarm of bees in Mirkwood. If you're on the quest for a serene and spotless stay, and you solemnly swear to exit as discreetly as a hobbit stealing second breakfast, then the "Hobbit House" awaits your presence! We live on the farm in a separate farmhouse. We are available if needed. However, we leave you alone and don't interfere with your privacy.
