The Beltline Bungalow

My historic house is comfortably furnished and is within walking distance of the Beltline, Washington Park, and Ashby Marta Station. GWCC and Mercedes Benz Stadium is a 5 minute drive away & Americas Mart is 7 min away. The Battery is 20 minutes away. Weekly & monthly stays are available. This house is shared with other guests (long term). Foreigners welcome. This bedroom shares a bathroom with one other person. This is a great place for young professionals, conference attendees, and students. The space This historic house was built in the 1930s and was renovated in 2019. It's fully furnished, and I am always improving things. Central air, hot water, super-fast internet, a fully stocked kitchen, patio, backyard, and a movie room are included. This house is not suitable for infants, children, pets, tobacco smokers, or animals (two people have Asthma and allergies here). Guest access You will have access to all common areas in the house as well as the backyard. Free parking is available in front of the house off street. During your stay I’m happy with help with any questions or recommendations. Other things to note I am happy to give you recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Atlanta. Long term guests stay here too, but it’s fairly quiet.
