The space The apartment is part of a complex of holiday homes one step away from the sea and has been renovated in the year 2024 and at the moment the renovation is still in progress and is expected to be completed by May. Entering the complex, there is a parking lot on your left, while the apartment is located in the second row of houses, on the ground floor. Entering the house, you face the hall, while on the right is the kitchen area. On the left you will find the bathroom and behind you the bedroom of course, which has a luxurious double bed. Opposite there are two more spaces, on the right the door leading to the living room with a corner sofa bed and dining room and on the left the space of the guest room, where there is also a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate 2 more people. Both of these spaces have access to our wonderful balcony with the fantastic view. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire complex, including the outdoor showers, the private beach, the parking lot next to the entrance of the complex, the gardens, as well as the two playgrounds for our young guests.
