She She’s Downtown: Salida’s Sunny Overlook

Overlook Salida and take in the beautiful views from this lavish 2 story condo w/ balconies, hovering above the action of the downtown scene. Retreat inside and luxuriate in this sunny, peaceful and spacious home. The Master bedroom features coffee bar and upper balcony for early coffees and evening night caps. Both bedrooms boast en suite private bathrooms. Also housed in our building are Sweeties Sandwich Shop and a quiet rooftop wine bar for breakfast, desert, charcuterie, and cocktails. The space Enjoy the main level’s open floor plan with two more balconies, perfect for grilling or having a Happy Hour around the Fire Pit. The sandwich shop and wine bar that share our building are through several walls and a floor, so you won't hear any noise from them when you're inside the condo. We built this condo in 2021 and spared no effort making it the sort of home we’d be proud to host friends and family in. We are excited to share it with you! For parking convenience your space is on site, reserved and private. If you have more than one car, free public parking is available next to the condo. There are two other condos you’ll share an entryway and stairwell with, so we’ll provide a unique code for entering from the street- which will be the same as your condo code. Location is the BEST! When you leave the condo you are in the Historic Downtown and Creative Arts District and steps away from restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries. The Steam Plant Theater, Arkansas River & boat ramp (all three within sight) and Riverside Park & outdoor amphitheater are only a 1/2 block away! Great hiking and mountain biking trails can be accessed from the condo. . We'll have info on those trails in our guestbook for you, along with info about lots of other things to do in the area. Monarch Ski Mountain is just 20 minutes away! We prefer to host quiet couples or very small groups. Also, we have a sleeper sofa in the living room that can be made up for your group upon request. We do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. There are 3 condos you share an entryway with, so we'll provide a unique code for entering from the street, which will be the same as the code to your condo. Other things to note Please note that you may hear music from the bike shop next door if you have the windows open, but only during business hours.
