Sit on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains and local wildlife. Whether you're in the area to fish, catch a Penn State game, or visit friends and family, Jacks Creek Cottage has everything you need. The space Enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch while bird watching or viewing other local wildlife. If you prefer to stay indoors, then enjoy our smart TV and fire stick with a variety of free movies and TV episodes, Amazon Prime access, and Netflix. The cottage has everything you need! This 600 sq ft cottage can sleep up to 6. There is a queen sized bed in one bedroom and a double sized bed in the other. Both rooms are equipped with blankets and pillows. The sofa pulls out into a queen bed. There is a pack and play available with sheets for babies and toddlers. We provide towels and washcloths, soap, and shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. There is a linen steamer should you need any suits or dresses steamed before an event. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, drinkware, plates, and silverware. There is a Keurig and kcups will be provided for guests. The entertainment center is stocked with board games and toys for children. The cottage has dual heating (mini splits and a forced air oil furnace) for winter months to keep you nice and warm. You’ll be able to adjust the temperature to your liking on both. The mini splits also provide air conditioning in the summer to escape the heat. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, backyard, and can access the creek near the bridge. Please note this is not a secluded property. There are neighboring homes. Other things to note *No Pets* *No Smoking* Access to the cottage requires traveling on a gravel lane and over a narrow, one car steel and concrete bridge. The bridge can appear scary to outsiders, but there’s no reason to worry! It is recommended to have AWD or 4-wheel drive in winter months in case there is snow or ice on the lane.
