You will have a full 2 bed, 1 bath (In-Law Suite) apartment with full kitchen. You also have a washer/dryer, and a screened porch for enjoying the evening, along with your own private entrance. We will consider extra guests if they are children. Message me for more info. The space There are 2 bedrooms. . One bedroom has a 8" queen memory foam mattress. The other has a 8" full size memory foam bed. These rooms are used by our teenage boys when we do not have guests. Cable TV in the living room. Bedrooms have either smart T.V.'s or Chrome Cast for streaming your favorite shows. Also available is a leather couch and 2 full size air mattresses. Included for your entertainment is a Wii, Nintendo Game Cube, XBox 360, board games, and a foosball table. We can accommodate 4 adults and up to 2 addition children, under 18. Guest access You will have full and private use of the entire downstairs in-law apartment, including washing machine, private kitchen, bath, screened porch, and shared driveway parking. The apartment is separated from our family home by a locked door. Other things to note This home is perfect for a couple, family, or professional wanting easy access to downtown, while still enjoying the quiet of the suburbs. You will be relaxing in our walk out basement "mother in law" suite. You will have to walk around to the back of the home to enter. There is a locked door between the basement and the rest of the home, for you privacy. The bedrooms belong to our boys, so please respect their space as if it were your own. Our 2 dogs, Roscoe and Layla, will roam the yard from time to time. We will introduce them to you upon your arrival.
