Located 8 km from Aranjuez and 15 km from Chinchón, Casa Paraíso is the former workers’ house, adapted for a simple and comfortable stay in nature, with a swimming pool and shared outdoor areas. Nearby activities include fishing, canoeing, horse riding, hiking, cycling, water skiing and birdwatching. Temporary stay for non-tourist use. The space Casa Paraíso is the former workers’ house of the estate, adapted as an independent accommodation for a family or small group who want to enjoy countryside life. It is a simple, pleasant and comfortable home, designed for resting, enjoying the outdoors and spending a few calm days by the river. It has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and sofa bed. Its location within the estate, between the swimming pool and its own outdoor area, makes it especially pleasant for enjoying the sunsets and the natural atmosphere of the surroundings. The house is part of a family estate made up of three independent homes. Each accommodation keeps its own privacy and has its own area of the patio for exclusive use. In addition, it shares the estate’s outdoor setting: swimming pool, resting areas, shared open-air spaces and play areas. Guest access Guests staying at Casa Paraíso have access to the entire house and their own outdoor area within the patio, with a table and chairs between the swimming pool and the house. The swimming pool, general patio, children’s play area and shared outdoor spaces are common areas of the estate, also used by guests staying in the other houses. For this reason, guests are kindly asked to use the shared areas respectfully so that everyone can enjoy them peacefully. Events are not allowed in the individual houses. External visitors may only be accepted in exceptional cases, always with prior authorisation. In any case, no more than 5 external visitors may attend, and their presence must not disturb other guests or involve intensive use of the swimming pool or shared areas. The estate has a gas barbecue. Its use has an additional cost of 20 € per day, covering gas consumption and cleaning, and must be requested in advance. The running water on the estate is not suitable for drinking. Upon arrival, an initial amount of drinking water will be provided as a courtesy for guests, but we recommend bringing enough bottled water for consumption throughout the stay. Other things to note This accommodation is offered as temporary accommodation for non-tourist use. Upon arrival, guests will be required to sign the specific agreement relating to this use. In addition, in accordance with current regulations on documentary registration in accommodation activities, guests must provide the necessary information and sign the corresponding guest registration forms. Guests over 14 years of age must provide their personal details and show a valid identification document. In the case of children under 14, their parents or legal guardians must provide the corresponding details. The booking must correctly indicate the number of people staying at Casa Paraíso, as well as the number of pets attending. Events are not allowed in the individual houses. If guests wish to receive an occasional visitor during the stay, this must be communicated in advance and authorised. These visits may only be accepted in exceptional cases, with a maximum of 5 external visitors, and always provided that they do not affect other guests’ rest or the peaceful use of the shared areas.
