Ocean Lakes 5 bedroom with Hot Tub

The HOT TUB and 3 large decks over looking the serene Magnolia Lake canal provide great out door living space at my home in the award winning vacation destination of Ocean Lakes. Guest have unlimited access to the water park, pools, play grounds, recreational area, and of course the beautiful beach. BED LINENS and BATH TOWELS are provided. You must be 25 years old to rent in Ocean Lakes. Families only, no teenage groups are permitted. Due to fatal allergic reactions no animals are permitted. The space 5 Bedrooms- 3 queen bed, 2 full over full bunk bedrooms. -first floor bedroom with queen bed, full bath, and pull put couch in TV room. - second floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds with access to the sun deck, two bedrooms with full over full bunk beds, 2 full bathrooms. Amazing outside space with 3 large decks -lower level features a large hot tub, hot/cold water outdoor shower, and patio furniture -main deck feature BBQ gas grill, outdoor dining area, patio furniture -sun deck with patio furniture Parking available for TWO vehicles under the house. Ocean Lakes parking pass is $12 per day when registered with Express Check In. *Trailers and additional vehicles MUST be parked in the Ocean Lakes over flow lot. **NO ANIMALS- unfortunately due to fatal allergic reactions of our family members we are unfortunately not able to accept animals of any type or size **HOT TUB-guest must rinse off sand, body oils/lotions prior to getting in hot tub. ADDITONAL cleaning fee will be charged for sand, dirt, debris and or residue left in hot tub. **NO SMOKING of ANY KIND is permitted in home and butt containers to be used on decks(PLEASE do not throw butts on grounds at property or in community) Ocean Lakes is a highly secured gated community to keep our guest safe and property safe. Ocean Lakes security officers will fine any guest that violates rules. Other things to note *CHECKING OUT- Please see guest guide binder located on the kitchen counter for details *ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES will be charged for excess sand, debris, and or any residue/dirt in the HOT TUB. VERY IMPORTANT to rinse off in the out door shower to rinse off sand, oils or lotions from skin. ADDITONAL CLEANING FEES will be charged for excess mess left behind: @$25 per hour for extra cleaning services *stained/soiled mattress pad: $15 each *stained/soiled comforter: $15 each *stained/soiled pillows: $10 each *stains on furniture: $25 per area CHECK OUT is 10:00am - Late check out fee of $25 per 30 minutes after *NO SMOKING HOME- Use butts containers on each deck(DO NOT THROW BUTTS ON GROUND) Golf cart is NOT provided with rental but can be rented through Ocean Lakes.
