Other things to note There are security cameras in the hallway of our complex and around the exterior of the building. We also, have an in-unit security system that alerts us when there is excessive loud noise for an extended period of time.Also, since your downtown there will be some street noise and light at night. There is also a train the runs through Waco so if you are a really light sleeper this might not be your best spot. It didn't bother my wife and I when we lived here but we always want to be transparent about things that could detract from your stay.
