This current listing is for partial space and offers 2 bedrooms with a queen and two twins, living room with queen sleeper sofa, 70” TV, air hockey table, pool table, fully stocked kitchen, full bath with walk in shower, and a kids corner with toys, games, puzzles, and reading nook. If you need more space and want to the full apartment, see our other listing! We are located in a wooded, spacious neighborhood. Our property is situated on 1 acre and surrounded by woods. While we are in the country, we are just 8 minutes from the city of Easley! Kitchen amenities: Toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, crock pot, glass baking dishes and pans, electric skillet, griddle, pots and pans, muffin and pizza pans, electric hand mixer, ninja blender, and more. Pool will be open May-end of September! The pool is open from 7am-9pm. We do have outdoor security cameras, and they cover our hot tub, pool, and driveway areas. Your privacy and safety are of the upmost importance to us! While we try to give our guests privacy, you may share the outdoor spaces with our family at times. You can schedule, in advance, a guaranteed 2 hour privacy time per each day of your stay at the pool. We do not use the hot tub and fire pit while guests are present in the house. Before using the pool, hot tub, or fire pit, a waiver must be signed to release us from being responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur while using these amenities. The pool cannot be used for events/parties. This property is not handicap accessible. You must walk down stone steps to access the property. This is a nonsmoking property. Parties, outside guests, and pets are not permitted on the property. ***Steep monthly discounts are available for January, February, and March only. We also offer a 10% discount on our nightly rate for military and teachers. Teacher badge or military ID must be shown. If splitting the cost with another family(ies), it will only be towards your portion of the stay.*** Guest access There is a locked bedroom off the kitchen to additional space. You do not have access to this area, and the door is to remain locked and closed. Other things to note **Quiet hours are 10:30pm-6:30am. Outdoor music has to be turned off by 9pm and kept at a respectful volume at all times for our neighbors. Please note, you will hear us walking around upstairs just as in an apartment. We are up by 6:30/7am but try our best to be quiet. We totally understand if you’re traveling with kids that kids can get loud, have melt downs, and babies cry. We don’t want our guests to feel they have to walk on egg shells. Your comfort is of the upmost importance to us, and we want you to feel welcome and at home! We have one hypoallergenic dog, Cockapoo, named Holly. She is very quiet, incredibly sweet, and stays only on our main floor. She has never been in the basement space as we keep this area completely pet free to keep it hair and allergen free for even those extra sensitive. For pet lovers, there are 2 pet boarding places within 3 minutes from our home. Check in is from 4pm-10pm. A late fee of $50 will be required for guests that check in after 10pm. We have to stay up to ensure our guests get in and don’t get lost, and ask our guests to be considerate of our sleep.
