Read all the great details about MOJITO GRANDE! The space — ABOUT MOJITO GRANDE — ・BDRM 1: Twin “floor bunk” w/stairs (no ladder) -- great for smaller children. TV ・BDRM 2: Queen bed w/hybrid mattress, closet/dresser, and an HDTV. ・BDRM 3: King bed w/memory foam mattress, dresser/chest/closet, TV, ensuite bath. ・Bath1: Shared, tub/shower combo ・Bath2: In Master, dual-head shower. ・Laundry: washer/dryer, iron & ironing board ・Living Rm: Loveseat, TV, chairs, french doors to deck ・Kitchen: stainless appliances w/dishwasher, drip & K-cup coffee machines, pantry ・Dining: 4-seat island table and french doors to deck ・Deck: 4-seat cafe table, swing chair, hammock, conversation set, umbrella. ・Ground level: covered seating area w/table, fire pit, shower, shed w/beach gear, parking for 3 vehicles At the entrance to the cottage, you’ll be greeted by our comfortable outdoor seating area, with a large offset umbrella, set amongst palm trees and plants. The nearby hammock calls to you to try it, perfect for those lazy time naps. Continuing to the front deck, framed by billowy curtains, there is a 4-seat cafe table for dining al-fresco and a hanging egg chair, perfect for reading in the gulf breezes. Two sets of French doors provide easy access. Note: Mojito Grande is non-smoking property. — BEACH — The private beach access gate is 1 block west, only 160 steps. Gate code will be in our digital guidebook. When security guards are present, they require proof of occupancy and will issue wristbands for your stay. They are very strict about this so we make it easy by sending you a special copy of your receipt, with the specific information they want, just before your arrival so you will have it handy in your inbox. Once on the beach. you have access to the area South of the Erosion Control Line (plainly marked). If you prefer, beach services (chairs, umbrellas, wave runners, etc) can be arranged with the licensed vendor at fees they set. This information and contact info is in the digital guidebook. Guest access Guest has access to the whole property, except for a private closet. There are no shared spaces. Access is provided by contactless check-in and a unique code issued within 48 hours of scheduled arrival. If we have not been alerted that something has run out, you may not find it. — WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING — ・sunscreen ・your stress and cares for our beach to melt them away — FEES? — ・There is a cleaning fee of $$269.00 - added at payment. ・Mid-stay cleans are available -- Contact us for pricing. ・We do not charge any other booking/service fees! ・A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is required by placing a hold on the credit card provided. — BOOKING INFO — Once your stay is reserved here, we will send a confirmation message containing a link to our secure website and instructions to finalize your booking with us. ➤ If not completed within 24 hours, your reservation may be canceled. The Renter of record must: ・be 25+ yrs of age; ・provide a credit card for the security deposit; ・be present during entire stay (no third-party bookings); ・upload a valid government-issued ID; ・sign our rental agreement and any addendums; and, ・provide the names & ages of your entire party. If all steps are completed, we will provide the check-in information 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival. It will be found in the ARRIVAL section of the digital guidebook. Our pricing is updated frequently based on occupancy, demand, and other factors. Prices are not locked in until the property is fully reserved. We are unable to accommodate luggage drop-off, early arrivals, or late checkouts. — CANCELLATION POLICY — Be sure you understand our cancellation policy as described here on the site and in the Renter Agreement. ⏤ TRAVEL INSURANCE ⏤ We *STRONGLY* recommend Travel Insurance for your trip, especially if you are concerned about cancellation due to health, work, government policies, weather, or other reasons. You can buy coverage during booking, or there are many sources available on the Internet. Be sure to read the coverage details to ensure you are buying the coverage you desire. Note that some less-expensive policies exclude named storms from their weather and trip interruption coverage. We are not a party to the transaction nor the policy. We cannot be your travel insurance and will follow the cancellation policy. — ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE COVERAGE — Accidents happen. That’s life. ・We cover your stay for accidental damage up to $500 at no extra cost to you. ・This "no-hassle coverage" protects against damage such as: broken dishes, damaged furniture or fixtures, or other incidents. ・Guests must report the damage *during* the stay to be eligible. ・Photos of the damage is required. This coverage does not include: ・bedding and linens, ・intentional damage ・missing items ・unreported damage ・costs for shipping, rush fees, additional cleaning, or off-hours labor costs. In the event these are necessary, the costs will be taken from the security deposit first, then the card on file if the security deposit is insufficient to cover it all. Coverage also does not include "wetting" the bed. We encourage you share the link to all of them. — TOP RULES — We have been hosts for many years and have over 1000 5-star reviews. Our rules are reasonable and we want to set expectations properly so all of our guests can enjoy the property. There are rules that, if broken, may result in financial penalties and/or immediate termination of access to the property with no refund and forfeiture of the deposit. If we are forced to delay or cancel bookings due to rule violations, you may be held responsible for the loss of revenues. These are: ・Unless specifically described as pet-friendly, pets are prohibited. Remediation costs start at $725. ・Events/parties are not permitted. ・No smoking or vaping is allowed. Remediation fees start at $725 for treatment. ・Butts, smoking discards, bottle caps, and pop-tops on the ground are litter and may incur additional costs for cleanup. ・Do not exceed the number of people on the booking. ・Only listed guests may access the property. ・Drugs or illegal activities are not welcome and will be reported. ・No third-party bookings. ・No glass near hot tubs or pools. ・Quiet time is officially 10pm-8am and set by local authorities. ・GLITTER is not permitted. Violations will result in significant additional cleaning costs. ・DYE (hair, clothing, etc.) is not allowed. It causes damage to bedding, towels, furniture, flooring, fixtures, and bathrooms. We use noise monitors that measure noise levels without recording audio. If volumes exceeds certain levels, you will be notified about it. Should it continue at unacceptable levels, you will be asked to vacate. We respect the community and our neighbors. We cannot put our rental license at risk with the local authorities. There are actively recording external video cameras, some with audio, covering exterior portions of the property. There are absolutely *NO* interior views, nor any views of pool/hot tub areas.
