We only allow 2 cars and both have to be parked side by side on the actual driveway. Abide By Occupancy Limits (Max 10 including children): Each property is licensed to accommodate a maximum amount of people Day and Night. Please do not exceed this number or you will be asked to leave. Park Cars Appropriately (Max 2): The Big Bear City Ordinance limits the number of cars parked at each property . Parking more cars is a city ordinance violation. If you need more parking, you can park at Mulligans Sporting Goods (Where you will check in). Keep all cars parked in driveway. During Snow conditions do not block plows or park anywhere on the street Parking: (IMPORTANT) Driveway only. If you park in the street, your car will be towed If you park in the gravel (or anywhere besides the actual driveway, there will be a $1000 fine... city enforced) Only 2 cars are allowed to park at the property.
