The space This is a non-smoking, private, secure, studio apartment with a huge kitchen. No interior hallways, or elevators makes for a great contactless experience. This guest suite is uniquely decorated & comfortable for a couple or single guest. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. There is a coffee maker and microwave. We provide a free laundry room with washers and dryers on property. The space offers free secure internet & wi-fi and one (1) unassigned parking space. Other things to note ArtEast Nashville is a professionally-managed extended-stay hospitality business in Nashville, TN. Our minimum stay is 30 days. We do not offer short term vacation rentals. Please note that access to our property is available only for the individuals registered prior to check-in. We ask that you do not bring other visitors onto the property grounds unless they agree to register and pay online through the Airbnb online portal.
