This home is great for large groups! The large game room has a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, shuffleboard and a 65" smart tv. Outside there is a HOT TUB, wood burning fireplace, tiki bar & table. Enjoy a short walk to the sandy beach and boat launch. Great striper fishing and boat rentals are nearby as well. Relax on any of the homes 4 balconies with water views and beautiful sunsets. This house is a year round crowd pleaser! Upstairs has 2 king bedrooms, 1 with ensuite and crib and futon. Both with balconies with water views. Downstairs is 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and a bunk room with 4 full size bunks. The game room also has 2 full size bunk beds and 1 twin boat bed. The 2 couches in the game room are pull outs as well. We have 2 kayaks (with life jackets), a giant tube, water pad, 2 cornhole boards, many inner tubes and tons of other outdoor toys.
