Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and centrally-located accommodation. A farmhouse on Mojácar beach located on a hill 300m from the sea with beautiful ocean and mountain views. It is above the area where the best-known beach bars and nightclubs are located. It has all the services such as pharmacy, banks, restaurants, hairdresser, boutiques, opticians, gym, etc. We have a 3 kg pet. Dogs over 10kg are not allowed. The space On a hill 7 minutes from the beach with beautiful ocean and mountain views. Very quiet. You can hear the silence and the birds. Surrounded by trees. Very well connected to all services. Shared pool with the owners but disappearing in their bathrooms, respecting their privacy a lot. Separate areas for guests. The farmhouse is large, a part is rented which is another 50m house. Spacious kitchen. 1 bedroom with two 90cm beds. Living room with sofa bed 1.50 Bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Clothes and utensils in very good condition for the house. Guest access We share pools but never swim with guests. We respect their privacy. Everyone has their own independent space. Other things to note Dogs should not be left alone in the house because we have usually had problems with howling with the neighbors of other villas and for us who have a terrible time listening to them.
