Cozy Bedroom, Perfect Location St Charles & Geneva

Nice, cozy apartment located at a beautiful area in St Charles, right by the Fox river. Very close to both downtown St Charles and Geneva. Explore the wonderful restaurants, shops and bars as well as scenic parks that the area has to offer. The space In the apartment lives a little Yorkie and two Siamese cats. They are very friendly and good company if you love pets. You can relax, watch tv, play piano, wash your clothes, walk the dog, pet the cats while you're at home. Guest access You will have a private bedroom with queen bed. Access to shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry. Free parking right outside the unit. There's a futon in the living room if you have additional guest, who don't mind staying in the public space. During your stay I'll be working during the day and come back in the evening. Will be available through text for any questions. I'm happy to give recommendations to places to eat and things to do. Other things to note If you're bringing cat/dog, please make sure they are friendly, well-behaved and can get along with other cats and dogs. Please supervise your pet in case accidents happen. I also have a medium-size extra kennel if you'll leave him/her at home.
