Room for Rent Near Colby

1st floor bedroom for rent in a 3 bed 1 bath ranch with access to kitchen, living room, shared bathroom, and off street parking. Located in a safe neighborhood. I have a very friendly dog and 3 cats, all of which do not go into room for rent but will be in shared spaces. If there is a blocked date you are hoping to rent, message me to double check. :) The space We own a 3 bed 1 bath ranch and guests will have access to the living room and kitchen to use as needed as well as a shared bathroom and a backyard during the warmer months. There is space for off street parking in driveway as well. Guest access There is a Washer/Dryer on site for use if needed as well as free internet. There is a large TV in the living room that provides free access to Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime and any other stations you would like to view through a Roku for your viewing preferences. During your stay We work during the day (1 from home) and tend to do homework at night so will mostly stay in the office or our room leaving the rest of the house open for use by guests. If you are visiting during the weekend we may not be home but will always be available via phone. Other things to note I do work from home Monday-Thursday so require the house to remain fairly quiet during working hours. This is not a party house and would be best suited for someone that is just looking for a place to sleep at night. Only the guest should be using the home/amenities, no additional friends/family in the home unless prior approval by host.
