Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom charming beach cottage. Fully renovated in 2022, this cozy spot is just a five minute walk from the sand. Everything you need for an extended beach vacation is here, from sand toys to a fully equipped kitchen. After a long day at the beach, shower off in the tropical outdoor shower and relax on the outdoor deck where you can BBQ under the bistro lights. For colder nights the cottage has a gas fireplace to keep you warm. 30 day rentals only and no pets. The space Cozy and warm! Our cottage was fully renovated in 2022. Guests should note that the bathroom is on the smaller side. Bedrooms include fireplaces for decor only. The kitchen is equipped for cooking a full family meal and was renovated in 2022 with all new cabinet and tile black splash. Extra seating at the kitchen island means that a party of 6 can comfortably dine. The living room seats at least 5 and sleeps 2 on the pull out couch bed. Feel free to watch a movie on your favorite streaming service with the internet based streaming TV. The coffee table is handmade by the owners and boasts all the treasures that Aptos has to offer. The bathroom is small, but beautiful with its own wall heater and upgraded tile shower and shower hardware. The main bedroom with backdoor to the backyard has a decorative fireplace as well as artistic and eclectic vibes. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a similar boho feel. The second bedroom is also home to the laundry room with stacking Bosch appliances. Finally, you will probably spend all your time outdoors at the beach- but when you want to spend time outdoors at the house there is a large front deck with outdoor couch, dining for 6 or more and a BBQ. There is a tile outdoor shower with cold and hot water to wash off the sand and a small seating area in the backyard. Come enjoy what our cottage has to offer!
