However, be aware that during winter months this area can get a very large amount of snow (1 foot in 24 hours which is exacerbated by drifts due to strong winds) in a short period of time and even though we do our absolute best to plow the roads the crews can be overwhelmed during such times. If you plan to bring a very larger trailer then bring it at your own risk. We do not guarantee we can accommodate such a large trailer during winter storms. Please note that the cabin is located in a natural forested setting and shares its environment with local wildlife. A professional pest control service is used regularly; however, occasional sightings of insects or small animals may occur. These are a normal part of staying in a wooded, rural area and do not qualify for refunds. Prior to arrival, guests will be asked to review and agree to a separate rental agreement outlining these details to ensure clear expectations for a smooth and enjoyable stay.
