Cabin in Duck Hill

Relax with family & friends on a 40 acre lake stocked with bass and brim. Watch the sun set from the spacious front porch. We are 4 miles from the interstate and 14 miles to Grenada Lake. Fishing is catch and release. Boats, kayak and canoes can be rented for an extra charge. Across the lake from the cabin is a boathouse and boat launch. There is an older dock structure in the lake that is not to be used. Our house is also on the lake across from the cabin. The space One bedroom with queen size bed, wall mounted tv. Bathroom with tub/shower combo. Living room has a pull out sofa sleeper (full size) with wall mounted tv. High ceilings with ceiling fan. Lots of natural light from the glass windows and doors with lake view. Guest access Enter the 400 acre property through a gated entry. Other things to note No boat, no problem. Rent out a boat for $50.00 per day for this lake use only. We do need one day advance notice if wanting to rent the boat. Enjoy hiking around the lake. Always be careful of your surroundings.
