URBAN 6 is a lively two-room apartment in a new building in Viganello. The perfect place for a couple, a family, or for business travellers. The space The living room is an open space with kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals on the nice table and enjoy pleasant lunches and dinners in company. Read, work or relax watching a movie on the flat-screen TV from the comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double bed for the night. (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.) The double bedroom is cosy and has a large wardrobe for clothes and personal effects. The marble-effect bathroom provides comfort thanks to the spacious shower and is carefully designed down to the last detail. As an excellent plus there is also a washing machine. Completing the flat is a beautiful private balcony, ideal for enjoying a quiet moment in the open air while sipping an aperitif or having breakfast before starting the day. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.  Free Wi-Fi avaiable. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Smoking is strictly prohibited.  Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.Parking: The apartment has no private parking, but you can find plenty of public parking on Emilio Rava Street.
