It’s located in a very convenient central location within 5-15 minutes from all the attractions the High Desert has to offer: Joshua Tree National Park (9 miles), Pioneertown and Pappy and Harriets (7 miles), Black Rock Canyon Nature Center and High View Nature Loop Trail (4 miles), with restaurants, supermarkets and amazing vintage and boutique shopping all within 1-5 miles away. The sprawling desert yard is perfect for spending quality time outdoors sunning by the cowboy pool (in season), playing outdoor games like horseshoes, cornhole, giant jenga and ladderball, barbequing, stargazing by the firepit, or enjoying the stars from your private hot tub. Inside this mid-century home, you’ll find an eclectic mix of contemporary design, vintage finds, and classic pieces, which blend together to create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Ohana Ranch sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms, each with its own fun theme and design. The UFO Alien bedroom has an interstellar theme fitting of the desert’s other-worldly feel with a queen size bed, TV and DVD library of sci-fi classics to scare you to sleep. The Happy Trails bedroom is a tribute to Pioneertown and a journey into the old wild west with classic cowboy décor and a comfy queen size bed. Enjoy a little aloha in the Big Island Suite, which features a vintage Hawaiian theme with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The living room provides a bright airy space to savor indoor leisure time. On chilly desert days, build a fire in the wood burning fireplace, with the mountains in view through the large sliding glass doors to the backyard. Grab a seat for a cozy movie night or curl up with a soothing drink and good book! The well-stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home, which you can share at the dining table set for 6.
