It also requires stairs to enter this unit. We are a small boutique property with only five rental units. There is a smart lock to enter the building as well as one on each of the rental units. There are two rooms on the first floor and three rooms on the second floor. Each floor has a general lobby area and there is a closet with extra amenities if guests should need them during their stay. We have a large parking lot with one dedicated space for each rental. Guests will access their rental with a unique designated key code specific for their stay.
