Please note that there are about a dozen steps to climb to reach the elevator, so guests with a walking disability may need assistance or find it challenging. The apartment, a blend of modern and traditional, is rich in natural light and is the quintessential exercise in classic Italian décor: hardwood floors, porcelain tile backsplashes and marble inserts "conspire" to make you feel like you are in a country house. This unit sleeps up to four: two in the master bedroom (complete with a large closet) and two in the living room, where a comfortable sofa bed converts into a queen-size bed. The only bathroom has a bath and shower, while the fully equipped kitchen is complete with all the essentials for cooking your own meals - in addition to a fridge and freezer, you will find a Nespresso, microwave, gas oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine (please note that this is not a dryer). This accommodation has independent heating and a free Wifi connection is offered to all guests. The air conditioning is located in the living room and kitchen and due to the size of the apartment can efficiently cool the entire property. Guest access The entire apartment described will be available for guests. Other things to note Every time a guest checks out, this apartment is thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed, ventilated and disinfected in all its areas according to the instructions of the Italian Health Department. The sheets and bedspreads (replaced at each check-in) are washed in high temperatures by specialized personnel. Cleaning products with 70% alcohol are used. Standard check-in from 3 to 9 pm. For check-in between 9 pm and 11:30 pm a 30 € fee will be required. For check-in after 11:30 pm a 50 € fee is due. Check-out within 11:00 am. Flexibility for check-in and check-out time, depends on the availability of the apartment and the cleaning procedure.
