OUR 1 BR apartment is upgraded with new bath, kitchen, bed. Located in a nice, safe area it is less than 10 minutes to downtown MTS Center by car or bus & 2 grocery stores within 2 blocks. TV, Cable, internet is available and included with the stay. The space The suite is quite nice with hardwood floors throughout except for the kitchen and bath. The kitchen is updated and so is the bathroom. The suite is very bright with a very large picture window in the living room. The queen size bed is new and is very good quality. The living room has a new sofabed of high quality for additional guests to sleep. A bar top separates the kitchen from the living room and contains two-four bar stools. Guest access Guests can use the laundry facilities in the basement which is where the iron and ironing board is located. The yard area at the left side of the home is available for use as is the barbecue. Other things to note There is a YMCA a half block away.
