Steamboat Resort Villas 608 The space Located in Sheraton at the foot of the Steamboat Ski Area is the Steamboat Resort Villas. This is Steamboat’s premier ski-in/ski-out location with immediate access to Steamboat’s Gondola and the Christie Peak Express Lift. The Resort Villas have been a cornerstone of the revitalization that has taken place over the past few years at the base area and is a centerpiece along Steamboat’s Promenade that stretches from Torian Plum Plaza to One Steamboat Place. This features a year-round pedestrian walkway with snowmelt pavers in the winter and access to waterfalls and a sandy beach area along Burgess Creek during the summer months. Right next door is also Steamboat’s new permanent outdoor stage that is part of the revamped Gondola Square Plaza and will play host to public performances as well as the Bud Light Rocks the Boat Free Concert Series. The hotel building itself was recently converted from hotel units to timeshares, but still located on the sixth and seventh floors of this building is a small collection of condominiums that are individually owned. This specific one-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located on the sixth floor with easy elevator access, over 800 square feet of living space, and great valley views. There is also an outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, and a 24-hour fitness area. This condo has an updated kitchen with slab granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and there is a separate dining area with seating for guests. The living room includes a TV, gas fireplace, and a leather couch and chair with plenty of room for your family. There is also separate ski storage in the same building located on the lower level off the elevator. There are a variety of dining options located within the hotel building (Saddles Lounge, Fish Creek Grill, Timber & Torch, and then Saddle Market) or several others located along the base area promenade. Whether you prefer an intimate dinner with your significant other at Cafe’ Diva, drinks and appetizers at Saddles, or a wood-fired pizza and beer at the Slopeside Grill with friends, your dining options are endless! If members of your family are going to be in ski school, the meeting place is also located right next to the gondola, so it is very easy to drop your kids off in the morning and enjoy some turns without the little ones in tow. Things to Know Guest access Check-in is at 4pm. On the morning of your arrival, you'll receive a message to coordinate a time to pick up your key fob and parking permit from the local team. Once you have your key fob, head to the Sheraton Villas at 2200 Village Inn Court. You'll use your key fob to access the parking garage gate, the building entrance, the security door on the 6th floor, and your unit door. Your unit is on the 6th floor. From the parking garage, follow the blue "Hotel Entrance" signs, take the elevators to the 6th floor, proceed through the security door, and your unit will be on your left, three doors down. Other things to note You have full access to amenities within the Sheraton building, including a 24/7 fitness center with sauna and changing rooms, a heated outdoor pool and fire pit (both on the 1st floor), hot tubs on the 2nd floor, a ski locker on the B level, and a game room. You will not have access to the Sheraton Hotel shuttle, room service, or front desk. This is a privately owned condo, separate from the hotel operations.
