Definitions • Linens: Include sheets, pillowcases, comforters, duvets, mattress protectors, towels (bath, hand, face), and rugs. • Damaged: Refers to linens with permanent stains (makeup, wine, blood, self-tanner, hair dye, food), paint, tears, burns, or excessive dirt that cannot be removed by normal commercial laundering. 2. Guest Responsibility The Guest acknowledges that all provided linens are clean, stain-free, and in good condition upon arrival. Guest agrees to take reasonable care of these items. 3. Specific Prohibitions • Makeup/Skincare: Do not use white towels to remove makeup, facial masks, or self-tanning products. Please use the dark makeup towels provided [in the bathroom in the basket on the counter]. • Pets: Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. If pets are permitted, they must stay off linens or you may have to replace items. Respectfully, Please clean up after them. • Smoking/Food: Smoking is NOT permitted indoors. Stains from smoking, hair dye, wine, or food that require professional cleaning or replacement will be charged to the guest. 4. Damage Charges If linens are returned damaged (as defined above), the Guest agrees to reimburse the Host for the full replacement cost of the items damaged. 5. Documentation and Billing The Host will document all damage with time-stamped photographs within 14 days of checkout. Charges will be submitted through the Airbnb Resolution Center. The Guest agrees to pay these charges within 24 hours of the request. 6.
