Villa Torreón Benicasim is a Mediterranean style home located in a quiet area, 5 minutes' walk from Torreón Beach and the village; 100 meters from a bus stop, a supermarket and a gym. It has a private pool and barbecue. The house has 5 double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet; equipped kitchen; large living room; large living room; glass terrace overlooking the "Desierto de las Palmas" . The space The house is in the center of the plot surrounded by the garden, the pool, the solarium area and the barbecue area with a table and stone benches. The villa has two floors and a large basement/garage. In the basement, there are: - Garage with capacity for 3 cars. Outdoor tables, chairs and lounge chairs, portable clothesline and a fixed clothesline with several fixed threads on one side. You will find guides, restaurant recommendations, leisure, adventure, etc. -The living room located on the ground floor has two comfortable sofas and a sofa bed, glass table, a wide variety of reading books, music equipment, 40'' Smart TV with access to digital platforms, central heating for the colder months and a great fireplace to make your stay more romantic. -The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, ceramic stovetop, microwave, toaster, washing machine, osmosis water system, Dolce Gusto coffee capsule machine, blender, etc… It also has a TV and a table in the central area. They also have kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies. -Full bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and first aid kit. - A bedroom with a double bed and a view of the private pool. On the first floor there is: -A toilet in the hallway area of the rooms. -A room with a double bed overlooking the private pool -A room with two single beds overlooking the barbecue area - A room with two single beds overlooking the garden and barbecue area - A room with double bed that has a balcony overlooking the Desert de las Palmas Natural Park. It has a full bathroom inside with a bathtub. All rooms are double and equipped with ceiling fans for summer months and radiators connected to central heating for colder months. They also have built-in closets with hangers to hang their clothes and have mosquito nets. In the bathrooms you will find toilet paper, hand soap, gel, hair dryer and radiators for cold months. The bathroom has toilet paper and hand soap Linens and towels are provided. For infants, we have a travel crib and heater to eat. Guests have access to the entire home Guest access The garden, pool, solarium, and barbecue with table and benches are exclusively for your use. The house is independent and does not share common areas with other houses. Other things to note SPECIAL RATES in June, July, and August. Starting in June, we rent the house with a minimum stay of 6 nights. MAINTENANCE: In the months of May, June, July, August and September the companies that are in charge of the maintenance of the pool and garden go every week to do their work. RULES TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT: All guests (and anyone else visiting the property) must comply with this vacation rental rules and instructions provided by the owner/manager during their stay. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM Charging electric vehicles on the property is strictly prohibited Towels. In the bathrooms you will find two hand towels and a shower mat. In the toilet two hand towels. One bath towel is available to guests per person. Guests and their visitors are completely prohibited from behaving disrespectfully with local residents, and should minimize their impact on these and the general neighborhood Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and at any time and may entail the end of the guests' stay, the eviction, the loss of the amount paid for the entire stay. Any gathering should take into account the aforesaid rules covering noise, the neighborhood, and visits. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. The owner/manager must be informed of any damage as soon as possible. To avoid damage, do not move furniture from one room to another. For safety reasons, no glassware allowed near the pool. Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to make sure windows and doors are securely closed to ensure safety and to prevent weather damage. Failure to comply with any of these rules is a breach of the conditions applicable to the vacation rental agreement. The owner/manager has the right to terminate the guest's period of stay if the guest does not comply with the rules of this house or cause inconvenience to neighbors and other residents. ADDITIONAL COSTS: If you want to bring the check-in time: 60€/h. (As long as there is availability to do so) If you want to delay the departure time: 60€/h. (As long as it's available) If there is no availability and there is a delay in the departure time, however small, there will be a penalty that will cost €150 That the owner/manager has to go to the house in person for the opening of the same: 150€ That the owner/manager has to check in for travelers in person: 150€. The unit cost for not finding all the towels provided or leaving them useless will be: carpet 10€, hand towel €10 and shower towel 20€. The loss of keys or no return of the same will result in the guest paying the replacement cost of all the pumps. €400 will be requested as an expense bond until the final invoice is held. Any extraordinary expense that the owner has to bear due to the fault of the guest (excessive dirt, loss or break of wireless controls, broken furniture, belongings, bed linens, appliances, etc...).
