This is a private room located on the first floor of a beautiful, newly renovated family home in Flushing, Queens! Within a 10 minute walk are great restaurants, dim sum, New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Queen Botanical Garden, supermarkets, and public transportation. You’ll love our place because it's safe (around the corner of an elementary school), super clean, and quiet. Perfect for solo adventurers, business travelers, and couples. It is our goal to make your stay an awesome one! The space This is a small space, big enough for two people sharing a queen bed. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home. Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation! - No shoes within the house. - Access to upper floors is prohibited. - Remember to lock the front door when you leave the house at all times. - No parties or gatherings inside the home. - No outside guests or visitors allowed inside the house whatsoever. There will be a $100/guest/incident fee for any unregistered and unauthorized guests (this applies for anyone even for 30 seconds or 3 hours when they step into the house). - No smoking inside the home. - Please wash your dishes after use. - No parking in the driveway (street parking is available). - Lastly, please keep in mind that we are part of the Airbnb community and not a hotel.
