1 BR 1 BA Guest Suite with Private Entrance
Description
Furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath basement guest suite with its own entrance, free parking and large fenced in backyard. Pet friendly! Only 10 min from downtown/U of M campus. The space includes the entire floor and is separated from the upstairs. The space has an open layout bedroom with attached living space, a full bathroom, small kitchen, and a laundry room. I live upstairs with my dog Albert and we are currently fostering another dog from the Humane Society. Both are very quiet. The space This space is an apartment for visitors and family. It has its own separate, private entrance and roughly 600 sq ft of living space. There is a full bathroom, a half kitchen, bedroom with attached living area and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Tile and wood floors throughout. The ceilings are 6'11" high. There is a sofa bed, television, DVD player and wi-fi in the living area and a queen size bed, wardrobe and dresser in the bedroom. The kitchen comes with a toaster oven/coffee maker/hotplate and microwave. Dishes are in the cabinets/drawers. There is also a large laundry room with washer and dryer. The large fenced in back yard would be shared with me and is great for dogs of any size. The basement apartment has an emergency egress window for extra light, ventilation and safety. Guest access Guests will have private access through the side entrance of the home leading directly, and only to the basement apartment. Upon arrival a lock-box code will be given with keys to the suite. Backyard access is through the gate next to the entrance. Other things to note You may find my very lovable and friendly dog Albert in the backyard soaking up some sun from time to time. If you'd rather not meet him I can keep him out of the yard when you would like to use it, but it's difficult not pet such an adorable pup. He loves having furry friends to play with in the yard if you happen to bring some!
