Our place is all on one level with no step access to the front double French doors, and the patio. We have a kitchen with bar sink, toaster, microwave, 2 burner electric stove, air fryer/convection oven, fridge/freezer, hot water kettle, and 3 coffee making options for our coffee connoisseurs. BBQ on balcony for cooking. There’s a cute rustic indoor dining table for two. Relax indoors while still enjoying the outdoors as the space has many windows letting in the light and amazing views. Cozy up to the gas fireplace on the chilly days and evenings. The comfortable king bed with feather comforter is positioned for you to enjoy the fire and the sunsets. If you're fortunate to be an early riser you will love the morning sky. The studio is positioned to enjoy both sunsets and sunrises. Behind the barn door is the step free European shower room with rain shower, toilet, and grab bar. Adjacent to the shower is a separate vanity and sink. Step out to your patio to BBQ or relax on the lounger. Enjoy your movies and shows by accessing the smart tv apps including our Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, and ESPN accounts. There is an outdoor dining table on the property for you to use if you feel like eating outside. Casita sits on property with very lovely natural topography which includes rugged steps and pebble walkways to explore the property, and to feel connected with the massive boulders. Paths and steps also lead to the conversation fire pit with comfortable Adirondack chairs situated below the casita next to the seasonal waterfall and pond. Lots of natural and intimate seating spots in the boulders to enjoy the birds, views, trees, cactus, grasses, and artistic sculptures while you relax and enjoy. You are welcome to meander around the property. The walkways and property are also available to the other rental. ***We allow for one domestic pet. We charge a $40 per night fee. Please let us know ahead of time if you're going to be bringing a pet. Please note that our property in not fenced. Guest access You have access to the driveway, patio in front of the studio guesthouse, balcony off the back of the guest house, and the firepit and walking paths around the property. Please use the property and paths at your own risk as there are all naturally scaped and have uneven surfaces and prickly cactus throughout. No access to main house, top driveway, or patios off the main house. Other things to note We live on the property at certain times of the year. There are 2 short term rentals on the property (both sleep 2). One is a studio that's part of the main house on the ground floor beside this guesthouse. The other guests have their own patio and use of the walking paths and property. They do not use your designated patio or balcony. The driveway directly in front of the guest house is on first come bases. If the other unit is occupied and using the driveway to park, you can park on the 3rd driveway with gravel surface just below the guesthouse. There is a path and solar lit steps that lead up to the guest house. If you require no steps access, please let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate your request by saving the parking spot in front. ***We allow for one domestic pet.
