The space Below we will tell you more about the interior of our wonderful 3-story townhouse. Just entering the street, you will feel a special aura, a welcome with a warm little welcome garden. On the main floor you will find a toilet and the kitchen, a relatively recently renovated kitchen that also connects with a small laundry room. Apart, we also have a large dining room, which connects to a beautiful ocean view terrace. This attracts a very good luminosity to the living room. On the second floor we have 3 rooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other type suite. The first room is a study room with fitted wardrobes, the second room is double and the third is the double suite, with a larger size bed and a private bathroom. Finally, on the third floor you will find a living room with an amazing sofa bed. In front of the sofa there is a roof that is perfect for sunbathing, reading a book or sitting relaxed to watch the sunset. On the opposite side of the azotea is the last room, it also has a double bed and has a full bathroom next to it. This is not suite type, it is separate so that it can also be used by the person sleeping on the sofa bed without having to access through the room. You will have close all kinds of shops, quick access to the highway and arrival in 30 minutes to Barcelona, 10 minutes from the beach, soccer field, skatepark, "La Poma" Bikepark, paddle and tennis court, restaurants, among other great multitude of things! It is a residential and quiet neighborhood, so it is totally forbidden to make noise after 10 pm and of course to make any type of party or event. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and carries a fine of 50 to 250€ No pets are allowed in the house. This home is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector.
