Lovely flat at 15 min from Retiro Park

Welcome to our accommodation! :) This is a 81m2 apartment located in the south-east of Madrid, about a 15-minute walk from El Retiro Park. The property is part of a complex that offers private parking, a communal swimming pool open in summer and a gym. The tourist centre (Puerta del Sol) is 30 minutes away by underground. *PARKING: According to current regulations, vehicles without a DGT environmental badge (A label) are prohibited from entering and circulating in the area. The space The accommodation is located on the second floor of a building with a lift. As shown in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with a sofa and television, in an open space with a dining table - kitchen - 1 bedroom with a double bed measuring 150x190 - 1 bedroom with a trundle bed consisting of 2 single beds measuring 90x190 - 2 bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub We have organised and decorated the space to make you feel at home :) Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Air conditioning/Heating There are ducts in all rooms. They are regulated by a thermostat. Parking If you’re coming by car, you’ll have access to a parking space in an underground car park. Cot The travel cot is always in the property, stored in the wardrobe. You must bring your own sheets.
