Guest access Guests have free access to their private en-suite room as well as all shared areas of the house: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, shared living room, washer-dryer, garden with swimming pool, and green spaces. The common areas are shared with other selected adult guests, so respectful and careful use of the facilities is expected. No unregistered visitors or external guests are allowed. No parties or events are permitted. During your stay I am available to help you with anything you may need during your stay. I live in a nearby house within the same neighborhood, so I can come by if something important arises, although I always prioritize each guest’s privacy and autonomy. If you are starting a new professional stage, studying at Austral University, or simply new to Pilar, I can guide you with useful information about the area, services, transportation, places to eat or study, and everything you need to feel supported in this new beginning. Other things to note The house has three private bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet, designed to offer privacy and comfort for extended stays. The common areas are designed for working, cooking, relaxing, or simply enjoying the natural surroundings. You will share the house with other selected guests in a quiet, adult, and respectful environment. The kitchen is large and fully equipped (dishes, refrigerator with freezer, oven, cooktop, microwave, and electric kettle, etc.). A washer-dryer is also available. The garden and the swimming pool allow you to enjoy the outdoors without leaving home. The house is located in a gated community in Pilar, with quick access to medical, educational, and business centers — ideal for those coming to work or study. Only for guests over 21 years old. No events or parties allowed. No smoking. No pets. A co-living agreement must be signed.
