Wake up to the beautiful lake views! A unique bnb like no other in Poconos! No expense has been spared in decorating this beautiful Lakefront chalet. It has a light and airy feel, yet full of surprise elements. Every nook has been very thoughtfully designed. Sophisticated living room, fully stocked kitchen, game and tv room, grill, fire pit, hot tub, canoes, paddle boat. This house has everything you need for a vacation full of fun and relaxation! This house offers three levels of living space. MAIN FLOOR: This floor consists of two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. Living room, hot tub room and a fully stocked kitchen and dining area. 2ND FLOOR: This floor has a master bedroom with king bed and an attached full bathroom, this floor has an additional room with a bunk bed and a twin bed. BASEMENT: This floor has a full bath, game and TV room. We also have a room with a King bed and work space on this floor. OUTSIDE: Huge deck with dining benches and a grill overlooking the lake. Walk down the deck to a nice fire pit. Further more a few more steps lead you to a dock with 2 kayaks, paddle boat and life jackets are provided. Code for the smart lock will be provided I’m available at anytime via text or phone during your stay House is situated in a community called Emerald lakes. The community is full of amenities like indoor, outdoor pool, basketball court and lake beach. Guest staying at the lake house can use these amenities at an additional charge. Wrist bands to use these amenities can be purchased at the community center. The house is 5 mins from Kalahari resort, 14 mins from Camelback ski resort and within 10-25 mins to all major Pocono attractions! PETS We are allowing small pets with $75 additional charge per pet. Please ad your pet when you request booking. Additional charges will apply if pets are found on premises without notifying the host. LAKE, LIFE GAURD AND INJURIES We don’t have a life guard on duty for our lake, please swim at your own risk. We have a series of steps that you need to take down to lake dock. you will find boats, paddles, and life jackets on dock. We are not responsible for injuries caused on the property or lake. Boats, paddles, life jackets have to be left back in rightly manner, boats need to be kept upside down. Additional charges may apply if they are found around property not properly stored. PARKING We can comfortably park 4 cars. we will request that you provide vehicle license plate numbers before arrival for HOA registration. Unregistered vehicles are not allowed at any time. REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVS, or pools spas. Please report any inoperative equipment promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. NO REFUNDS OR RENT REDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURES, MALFUNCTIONS< INTERRUPTIONS OR CONSTRUCTION IN AREA. WHILE WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR MAINTENANCE ISSUE, IT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED DURING A GUEST STAY. PARTIES OR EVENTS We do not allow parties or events, please be respectful of my property. FURNITURE moved needs to be placed back. Additional charges may apply if furniture is found moved from original spot.
