The home sits on 5 acres of gated green space with outdoor decks, fire pits, yard games, and gardens. There are two additional suites available that can make the property accomodate up to 10 guests. Every inch is exquisitely detailed and set up for the trip of a lifetime. The home sits on 5 acres of gated green space with outdoor decks, fire pits, yard games, and gardens. It is a ranch style home which allows you to freely move around with ease. Privately connected to the house is our very own one of a kind nine hole par 3 golf course that was featured in Golf Magazine as one of the top courses played for the first time in 2019. We are passionate about the course and this home is now part of our desire to share it with the world. We aren’t a big golf course but we do have big dreams. The Property is located just a few miles from downtown Homer and the Spit. There are restaurants and grocery stores in close proximity with a taxi service that is very responsive. From here you can access all the activities Homer has to offer but we do suggest having a vehicle to get around. The house boasts a gourmet chefs kitchen, BarBQ grill, and fire pits for late night s’mores and telling stories. Private chefs could prepare meals or you could cook your heart out and dine on the decks while enjoying the endless alpenglow and glacier views. The home also has a full gym with weights, elliptical, treadmill, and stationary bike. Plus a game room with pool table, big screen tv, and Starlink internet. There is also a large private office with docking station, monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, and a view for those that need to stay connected while disconnecting. One of our favorite activities here is to just take a walk around the property . The panoramic views of the mountains and the sea are endless. With manicured grass at your feet and a large rope swing that removes the stresses of day to day life. You can truly be present in the beauty of this place. We will usually be over at the golf course working on the grounds or sharpening our game. So come over, have a drink, and play 9 holes under the midnight sun. We have everything you need to play. Titleist irons, wedges, and balls are sitting ready on the front porch. If you forgot your golf game at home we will help you find it for when you get back.
