Condo on Plum Lake

We are on a 3 acre plot of land set back from Highway N with a dock on Plum Lake . We are 2 miles west of Sayner. There is a wonderful hiking and biking trail right across Hwy N in front of our place. The snowmobile trail runs there too and also down on the lake in front of us. There is a golf course up town, tennis courts and children's playground. The Sayne r Pub , uptown serves excellent food. There are several unique shops, 3 different churches and a fantastic museum. The space The Condo is handicap accessible. There is a kitchen with a Nuwave Oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishes/pots/pans/utensils. The bathroom has a handicap shower with a plastic wheelchair or shower chair to use. The living room has two recliners, a sleeper sofa, t.v. with VCR/DVD (many tapes available for free use), table with chairs, rocker etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, closet, and ceiling fan. The second area has two twin beds, a closet and shelving unit. . Guest access No swimming off the property's shoreline, sorry! It is 12 feet of muck , it looks like 2 feet but do not step into it. There is a beautiful lake 2 miles down the highway where everyone goes swimming. It is Crystal Lake and it deserves the name. Other things to note In the Condo pets are welcome for an extra $10/night per animal, and the owner is responsible for caring for them (do not leave them unattended).
