Walk to town, beach, bike path and river! A storybook brick home nestled in a mini pine tree forest with a private patio and garden. Once inside, walk thru my living room up the stairs and enter your suite; large sitting/bedroom with private full bath. AC unit and separate heat thermostat. Smart TV. The top floor and front yard is yours to enjoy! The back half of house and backyard are private. Queen size bed, refrigerator, microwave, convection oven, coffee maker. Flat screen TV. Many amenities provided, just ask if you need more! Enter through my front door, across the living room to your left is the stairway to your suite.. The front yard is just for you to enjoy with a patio. I live on the main floor and use the back door for my access. The back half of house and backyard are private. The level of interaction is up to the guest(s). I am happy to share my kitchen and washer/dryer if needed. Lovely neighborhood to walk around. A quaint street with walkers, joggers, and bicyclists with the Barrington river at the end f the road. Turn left out the driveway and walk 5 min to town (Shaws, CVS, Starbucks, Talbots, Bookstore, Library, and a gift store). Turn right out the driveway and walk 5 min to the Barrington River; full of sailboats. The bike path is 14.5 miles in all (I am in the middle) stretching from Providence to Bristol (on the water, full of quaint shops & restaurants). I have one mountain bike available to use. This is a great location with easy access via RIPTA (bus stop is a 5 min walk), bike, by foot or taxi to oodles of entertainment, restaurants, parks, beaches, museums, zoo, and the many colleges and universities in RI. Great restaurants to enjoy - a list is in your room along with maps of the area. Dogs will be considered, but cats are not allowed.
