Our elegantly simple 1950s ranch style home is nestled in a friendly, quiet neighborhood, south of UCLA and a short easy trip to Venice and Santa Monica Beaches. After a busy day out, dine on the shaded patio and relax by the garden and fruit trees. The space The main living area opens directly to the spacious patio, lawn and garden. You can take advantage of the easy indoor/outdoor life style we appreciate in Los Angeles. The retro galley-style 1950s kitchen has its original O'Keefe & Merritt oven and stove along side stainless modern appliances. The cozy master bedroom has a queen sized bed with ample closet storage. Our kid’s bedroom has bunk beds and clouds painted on the ceiling for sweet dreams! (250 lb max on top bunk FYI). The 3rd bedroom has pocket doors, direct access to a shower bathroom, and hosts a piano as well! This bedroom has a twin-sized daybed that opens up to a king bed and is a great room to read, relax, or play piano. The bathroom with a tub hosts it original 1950's pink tile and pink tub. A laundry room off the kitchen has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Guest access Our street has unrestricted parking. It is always easy to find a spots right out in front of the house, and our driveway will have space for your car during your stay. Our neighbor will provide the key for you upon arrival.
