Beautiful home right in the heart of Hatfield and McCoy Trails. Located walking distance to Wilmore dam trail. One of the most centralized locations you’ll find. You can access 7 Hatfield and McCoy trails from this house without trailering. That includes Warrior, Indian Ridge, Pocahontas, Pinnacle, Rockhouse, Devil Anse, and Buffalo Mountain. This house is located right across from Trail Heaven RV Park! Plenty of parking and fully stocked! Also has nice deck and fire pit! Come stay with us!! Awesome house and fully stocked with everything from bowels, plates, pans, pots, coffee maker, crock pot, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, silverware, toilet paper, and even wood for the fire pit. The only thing it lacks is you!! We have a nice big big deck, grill (gas supplied) and carport to park under (sxs or vehicle). We have lots of parking and if you need more space we own the campground across the road and you could park anything you needed there (just let us know). You won’t find a better house than this for the money. We do have sxs rentals and kayak rentals with river access right across the road for easy access! There are 3 gas stations within 5 miles of the house. And several eating places close by. One is Adrians which is only around 3 miles from the house. There are 10 eating places within 13 miles of the house. And a nice park with tennis courts, basketball goals, playgrounds, and a very nice public pool. There are 2 big grocery stores within 12 minutes of the house. Atv store and repair shop only around 12 minutes away. Dollar store and NAPA around 4 miles away.
