Your adventure begins as you enter through the front door, and the foyer welcomes you into a massive living area and kitchen. Please make yourself at home. Put your bags down and take it in as you make your way into the living and dining area. This open room gives way to breathtaking waterfront views of Cinco Bayou. Its spaciousness and comfortable lounging amenities make numerous sleeping arrangements a possibility with two pull-out sofas and air mattresses. It has all the comfort of home your family deserves! The bedrooms are located on the East and West sides of the common areas. To reach Tranquil Tides (the master suite) and the Sea Haze Suite, you will enter through the front door into the foyer. The kitchen is on the left, and the door to Tranquil Tides and Sea Haze is on the right, directly across from the kitchen. The *Tranquil Tides Suite* will be on your left. The suite can host up to six guests. There is an extremely comfortable king-sized bed, a day bed with a pull-out, and the option of the use of an air mattress. The large dressing area has two sinks and a large closet for storage, as well as a farm door to make the area private. The private toilet and shower room have a stand-up shower and an additional sink. The reading nook makes for the perfect place for a rainy day nap or relaxing with a good book after a long day on the beach. The desk/workstation makes work/play visits more effortless, and the 55” Smart television, mini-fridge, and Keurig coffee station might make you never want to leave the room at all! The *Sea Haze Suite* is on the right and directly across the hall from Tranquil Tides. It has a comfortable queen bed, a sofa sleeper, a mini-fridge with a Keurig coffee station, and a 55" Smart television. This suite also has the option of an air mattress making it suitable for up to six guests. The private bathroom is located just outside the suite is for the exclusive use of our Sea Haze guests. It is noted in other listings that there is no common bathroom, and guests are required to use the bathroom in their suite. Across the house, on the East side near the dining room, you will find the door for the Aqua Oasis Suite, a treasure of the main house. With an expansive waterfront view and super comfy digs adorned with the cooling tones of serenity, this is the place for a respite and for well-earned relaxation. A mini-fridge and Keurig coffee station are also included to make your mornings bright and easy. A newly refinished private bathroom is connected and stocked with essentials. You are welcome to use the large laundry room, fully-stocked kitchen, boat dock, and grounds during your stay. This booking includes the three suites described (Tranquil Tides, Sea Haze, and Aqua Oasis) plus the use of all downstairs space and amenities. Note- our cleaning team does share the laundry room during the day but they won’t disturb the main house. Outside features are shared with other guests on the property and the second floor and/or guest house may be rented separately when you stay. Private beach (to the Manor guests), kitchen, living room and laundry room, back patio, dock, and driveway. The outdoor areas including the pool and spa are shared with guests and owners. Pool heat is extra, spa heat is included. Someone will be available during your stay. I usually perform maintenance and upgrades to the common areas of the property. You may also see me using or cleaning the pool or spa from time to time. This quaint neighborhood is welcoming and comfortable. You have a PRIVATE (to the Manor) beach just outside your bedroom. Public beach access is a 4-minute walk or 30-second drive away! Same for the boat launch. We also have wet and dry boat storage available. Contact us for rates. We love how quiet the street is. This is the best place to get away from all the traffic and hustle and simply enjoy the area! Garnier Beach Park is the local bayou beach that is a 30-second drive. Gulf Beach access is a 7 to 12-minute drive away depending on traffic and which beach you go to. We have an electronic guest book for your convenience. There is a Hertz across the main street and an Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Uptown Station which is half a mile away. Public transportation and Uber/Lift is also available.
