This house is fully equipped for short and long vacations, featuring brand new furniture and appliances and a fenced backyard with a hot tub, deck, grill and firepit. 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 2 full baths, a cozy living room with a pull-out couch and another one sleeper loveseat. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can choose between sharing a meal outside, on the deck or in the comfort of the dining room. The fenced backyard is perfect to take a sunbath, let kids run around or play fetch with your dog. 1st floor living area, 2nd floor bedrooms, private fenced-in backyard and deck. This is a neighborhood that is close to downtown but, quiet at night. At the end of the street you can walk down to the lake and watch the sunset. There is also a small public playground on the block. Sorry, we don’t allow smoking or parties inside the house. If you would like to host an event while you stay please message us for approval. Trash and recycling pickup day is Wednesday. If you are staying overnight on Tuesday please put the trash and recycling bins out on the sidewalk for pickup.
