Surrounded by large green areas such as the Campo del Moro gardens, the Parque de Atenas or the Madrid Rio park where you can walk and play sports. Modern and cosy flat of 140 m2, with great luminosity and without noise, located on a first floor with lift. It is located in the centre of Madrid with a great combination of public transport (bus, metro, train, taxi), it is ideal for people who need to move temporarily to the city of Madrid for work, teaching, family, erasmus stays, assistance, studies, etc. Spacious and sunny house located in the quiet and beautiful area of Puente de Segovia. With the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms with double beds, this place is perfect for its privileged location. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious entrance hall that opens onto a modern and fully equipped kitchen, where every appliance and utensil is at your disposal to prepare delicious meals. The living room, decorated with a functional style and designer touches, offers the perfect space to relax on the sofa whilst enjoying the natural light that floods in through the large windows. The flat has two full bathrooms equipped with modern facilities and essential toiletries, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. It has high speed WiFi connection and work space making it ideal for those who need to study or work connected to the internet. It also has air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort. The area has numerous bars and restaurants where you can enjoy tapas, snacks, sandwiches, traditional and haute cuisine. You can also find supermarkets and local shops where you can buy the products you need to cook at home. Fully equipped, the apartment includes bed linen, towels and amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, you will find a welcome kit with dishwasher, scourer, multi-purpose cloth and garbage bag. It is important to note that, for hygienic reasons, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea are not provided. Guest access The closest metro stops to the flat are: - "Príncipe Pío interchange" station (Lines 6 and 10) at 10 minutes walking distance. **Students who have to go to Ciudad Universitaria have a direct line from Príncipe Pio with only 3 stops. The closest car park to the flat: - "Parking Plaza de Oriente" 13 minutes walking distance. -You have many bus lines at the door: C1, C2, 50, 31, 65, 138, 25, 41, 62, 33, 39, N18, N19. - You can use electric bike or scooter apps in the area. - Very easy access by car from the M30. IMPORTANT: If you are travelling by car, you should know that the flat is located within the area called "MADRID CENTRAL", where there are traffic restrictions that limit/prohibit parking on the street, being necessary to reserve a parking space during your stay. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons and other than tourist use. In order to formalise the reservation, it will be necessary to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation that accredits the reason for the stay. When you arrive at the apartment, I will greet you in person. Free check-in takes place from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key delivery. The check-in hours are until 23h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to receive you in person and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the apartment. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the apartment. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the apartment (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the reservation. In case you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be picked up at a location other than the accommodation.
