Entering the home you'll find yourself in the spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the dishes and utensils needed. So, no need to worry about how you'll be preparing your meals during your stay, we've got you covered! In the dining area, there is a large dining table that seats 24 and an island that seats 2 more. Also on the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a king bed and smart TV. The living room has comfortable couches and a smart TV where you can log into your favorite streaming service. Connecting the living room and side patio are large glass accordion doors that open up fully, allowing you to enjoy both spaces together. On the patio, you'll find a swim spa and a large brand-new BBQ. The swim spa is the perfect addition to the home that you can enjoy year-round! Whether you come in the winter and want to heat it, or turn it off and use it as a pool in the summer to cool off. There is also a laundry room and a 2-car garage with a cornhole game on the first floor. Going up the stairs on the second floor you'll find 3 king bedrooms each with its ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. You'll also find a bunk room with 1 twin-over-queen, 3 queen-over-queen bunk beds, and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom setup is perfect if you are having multiple families and groups get together. You can stay in the same home while having your own space! In addition to the bedrooms, there is another cozy living room area with comfortable couches, a smart TV, and a bar counter with a drink fridge. It's the perfect space to gather, chat, and have a drink together! Going up the stairs one more time, the whole third floor is a bunk room loft. It's the perfect place for all to gather with 4 queen-over-queen bunk beds, a poker table, a foosball table, and a large smart TV - movie night anyone? Around the back, there is plenty of space to park trailers and extra vehicles. The home is a 5-minute drive to Sand Hollow State Park where you can go to the reservoir and off-roading at the sand dunes. Across the street, there is the community pool area where you will find a hot tub, lap pool, swimming pool, and splash pad to enjoy. All are heated so you can enjoy them any time of the year. You will have access to the entire home during your stay. A keyless entry is set up so you can come and go as you please during your stay. You will also have access to the Elim Valley Clubhouse which is located just a short walk from the home. You will need the pool fob to gain entry. At the clubhouse, you will find an outdoor swimming pool and lap pool (open, but heated seasonally), a splash pad (seasonal), a hot tub (heated year-round), and an exercise room. Also available are two pickleball courts. Guests will have total privacy and 24-hour check-in with keyless entry. Southern Utah Luxury Customer Care is available 24/7 via phone or text. In this community, you will find yourself passing through tree-lined streets, and strolling down cobblestone paths. Each home in the community has been thoughtfully designed to contribute to the beautiful aesthetic of the area. In the center of the community is the signature Eagle Park where you can run and play with friends and family. Outside the community, you can enjoy all the adventure Southern Utah offers. Sand Hollow State Park is just minutes down the road. At Sand Hollow, you can enjoy boating, paddleboarding, swimming, and Utah's red desert sand dunes. If you are looking for incredible places to hike and gorgeous scenery Zion National Park and Snow Canyon State Park are only a short drive away. You will have a blast experiencing all of the natural beauty of Southern Utah. We recommend having a car to get around the area or to travel to various destinations located outside of Elim Valley. The closest grocery stores are Walmart (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) or (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south Exit 10). Around the back, there is plenty of space to park trailers and extra vehicles. This community is less than a 5-minute drive to Sand Hollow State Park. Due to the proximity, sand is unavoidable. Despite our constant maintenance, there will be sand outside the home, on the patios, and in the pool/spa. This community is in an area of tremendous growth. As such, you may be subjected to the noise of construction.
