For more information, please contact us in advance. 📑 Administrative requirements for your stay For security reasons and in compliance with Italian regulations, it is mandatory to provide: A copy of the identity document (passport or identity card) of all guests at least 48 hours before arrival. 📷 Photo of the identity document (including Airbnb-encrypted, if applicable). 🤳 Selfie of the guest holding their ID, for identity verification. 📝 Signing of the tourist rental agreement In accordance with Italian regulations on tourist rentals (Article 1571 et seq. of the Civil Code and regional regulations), guests must sign a tourist rental agreement upon check-in. This agreement governs the terms of their stay and does not require any mandatory registration with the Revenue Agency, unless the duration exceeds 30 days. 🔑 Check-in and arrival time Free self-check-in is available 24/7.
