Located 200 yards from the beach on the south side of the scenic Hwy 30A, Ellie Bee’s by the Beach is away from the noise, traffic, and crowds. Public beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is just a two-block walk through the neighborhood. Grayton Beach State Park, just five and a half miles from the home, has lovely beaches and plenty of wildlife to observe. It features the fantastic Underwater Museum of Art! Ellie Bee’s by the Beach's lower level consists of the main living and dining rooms, a kitchen, and a laundry room. The custom-built kitchen with quartz countertops is well-equipped with all the necessities to satisfy even the most accomplished chef. The living area features a vast 75-inch smart TV with Roku streaming, which is also available in all rooms, a Blu-ray DVD player, a gorgeous electric fireplace, and an Xbox One with various games. The primary bedroom on the 1st floor features a 60-inch smart TV with Roku and a DVD/Blu-ray player as well as its own en suite with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second-level guestroom features two custom-built twin-over-twin bunk beds, while the primary bedroom on that floor has an en suite with a marble vanity top. Ellie Bee’s by the Beach features a unique outdoor living space with a saltwater pool (which can be heated for an additional fee), a covered gazebo with a comfortable lounge set, and a picnic table. Relax with your favorite beverage by the pool or hang out on the roof-top observation deck - the house offers multiple gathering areas to suit everyone's taste and enjoyment. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quite hours.
