Made from recycled fixtures and green materials, this impressive space features a steam oven, convection oven, two dishwashers, a Miele cooktop, and an exquisite redwood island. THINGS TO KNOW There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued. Streaming is available using your own accounts. All planned events or parties must be approved by the property owner. The two twin beds can be pushed together to create a king bed. The sofa bed can convert to either a twin bed or a double bed. The wood-burning fireplace in the upstairs rental is not operable. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
