Cleveland RNC Rental July 2016

We live in a very friendly and safe development 25 miles from downtown Cleveland. During the summer months, our development has a pool that is in walking distance along with a playground. Our home is new construction and we keep it very clean, we have no kids or pets We have 4 bedrooms. 3 of the 4 are furnished. The master suite has a king bed, we have 2 guest rooms with queen beds and an empty 4th bedroom that is great for an air mattress or crib. The space Clean space with 3 fully furnished rooms and full kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances and double oven. All 4 bedrooms upstairs. 3 are fully furnished. The room not furnished would be great for putting a crib, pack n play or air-mattress. It would also be good for extra storage space for luggage and hanging clothes. Air-mattress and linens are available. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home except the basement which is unfinished and only used for storage. First level has the kitchen, second level has 2 full bathrooms (one with bathtub/shower, the other with just shower), 4 bedrooms and a laundry room. Home includes an outdoor hot tub, gas grill, laundry room, sun room and office. The development also offers a pool (with lifeguards), baby pool, playground, and covered picnic within in walking distance of the house. Other things to note There is a Walmart, Target, Costco, CVS & Post office in the area. There is also an Avon Community pool near by (another one outside of the development). Crocker Park is an outdoor shopping plaza that is about 12 minutes away with a movie theater, shopping & dining. Crocker Park is kid friendly and has weekly events for families during the summer.
